Program Description: ProAlpha Capital LLC sends SMS/text messages to borrowers and prospective clients who have separately opted in to receive SMS/text communications. Messages may include loan status updates, application reminders, appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and mortgage-related information.
Consumers may opt in to receive SMS/text messages from ProAlpha Capital LLC only by checking the standalone SMS consent checkbox on a ProAlpha Capital public contact or application form.
The SMS consent checkbox is separate from the form submission, unchecked by default, and optional. Checking this box is the action that confirms your consent to receive SMS/text messages from ProAlpha Capital LLC at the phone number provided.
By checking the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from ProAlpha Capital LLC regarding your mortgage loan inquiry, application status, application reminders, appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and mortgage-related information.
Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not required to submit a form, loan inquiry, or application, and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, loan approval, or receiving services from ProAlpha Capital LLC.
You may submit a ProAlpha Capital form without checking the SMS consent checkbox.
Standalone opt-in: SMS consent is collected through a separate checkbox.
Unchecked by default: The checkbox is not pre-selected.
Optional: SMS consent is not required to submit a form or loan inquiry.
Clear consent: The checkbox explains the types of messages you may receive.
Message frequency varies. If you opt in by checking the standalone SMS consent checkbox, you may receive up to 9 messages over a 60-day period related to your mortgage loan inquiry, application status, application reminders, appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and mortgage-related information.

Our SMS program is supported by all major US wireless carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS/text messages will be sent.
