Devin Peterson

After earning his degree in Economics from the University of Miami in 2021, Devin founded ProAlpha Capital, a mortgage brokerage specializing in commercial and investment property financing. Under his leadership, the firm has grown into a trusted resource for real estate investors seeking creative lending solutions and investor-focused loan products.

Devin has extensive experience with DSCR, Fix & Flip, Bridge, and commercial loan programs, and actively invests in real estate himself. He is also the founder of The Hockey House, a niche real estate investment model that acquires and operates short- and mid-term rental properties designed for professional hockey players, utilizing the BRRRR strategy to scale its portfolio.

Passionate about helping others succeed, Devin works closely with clients and loan officers to develop strategic financing approaches and build successful real estate investment businesses.
